Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to confish (“Service”), available at https://confi.sh. confish is operated by Confish (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Confish is a trading name of Gega Nizharadze, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us at support@confi.sh if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are available on a monthly subscription. Subscriptions are sold in pounds sterling (GBP); Paddle may present a localised currency at checkout, with conversion handled by your card issuer. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you signed up, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We also offer a free tier with limited features. We may modify the free tier at any time, and may discontinue it on at least 30 days’ notice.

All payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Paddle) to charge your chosen payment method on the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees; any change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

5. Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cancellation right when purchasing digital services. Where we ask you to expressly consent to immediate access at checkout, you acknowledge that this right will be lost once we begin providing the Service.

Outside the 14-day cancellation right, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. If we terminate your account for breach of these Terms, we will refund any unused prepaid period unless the breach involved fraud, abuse, or material harm to the Service or to other users.

Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf in line with Paddle’s own refund policy. Refund requests in exceptional circumstances may also be considered at our discretion - contact support@confi.sh.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Cancellation & Downgrade

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Existing applications, environments, field definitions, and feeds you created while on the paid plan remain accessible. You will not be able to create new ones above the Free-plan limits.

Ongoing usage limits revert to Free-plan levels immediately on downgrade:

  • API request rate limits
  • Log retention and per-environment log storage - older or excess entries are pruned on the next write
  • Action dispatches per month
  • Feed and feed item caps - writes above Free-plan limits are rejected; existing items remain until deleted or expired

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other accounts.
  • Use automated means to access the Service except through our published API with valid authentication.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or introduce malware.

We enforce rate limits per plan. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the property of Confish, protected by UK copyright and trademark law.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. API Keys & Security

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and webhook secrets confidential. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

10. Your Data

You are solely responsible for the configuration values, log entries, feed items, and action payloads you store, and for any third-party credentials you choose to place in them. You may retrieve your stored configuration values and feed items at any time via the API. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee it will be free from loss - you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider critical.

For account-level data (profile, log entries, action history), you can request a copy by contacting support@confi.sh.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, hosting, error tracking, transactional email, and social authentication. The current list of subprocessors is published in our Privacy Policy. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of services you integrate with the Service (for example, webhook endpoints you configure to receive notifications).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific uptime or that defects will be corrected.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages of upstream providers (such as our hosting, payment, or email providers), internet disruption, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties implied by law that would be unlawful to exclude under English law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 14-day deletion grace period, during which your applications and API endpoints are disabled. You may cancel the deletion by logging in during this period.

After the deletion grace period, all data - applications, environments, configuration values, API keys, and logs - will be permanently deleted. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically.

We may also suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
